We finished our first day of exploration by visiting the Archeological Museum.
Patrick and I went one way and everyone else scattered. We were really enthralled with the artifacts. Some were authentic, and some were duplicates. Surprisingly, there wasn't a lot of energy activity as far as entities. There were only a few beings that were attached to the burial sarcophagi. But they were not interested in talking to me or anybody else for that matter. It felt like they were relatives of those who had been buried there. So, we just sent love and passed them by.
On the side of a particularly old sarcophagus, I saw a beautiful emblem that I would love to have made into a necklace. It was the crescent with the star on a stick with a heart at the bottom. It was just lovely. It made me wonder about the crescent moon and the heart.
The Turkey flag has the crescent moon and the star on it, but this sarcophagus was ancient. Long before the Turkey flag had come into being.
This symbolism must have been was a part of their culture even prior to Turkey becoming a nation.
And then that heart. So, I explored when the "valentine heart shape", we all know so well, became the symbol for love. What I found was interesting. During the 7th centruy BC, a North African City, Cyrene, was known for growing the plant Silphium. This plant, now extinct- so they say, was used very successfully for birth control. The sale of this plant was so lucrative that they actually etched the seed's shape into their coinage. It was the shape of a "valentine" heart. Very interesting.
So, I felt so blessed to touch a symbol of love from the ancient world.
It had been a wonderful day exploring the remnants of many years and many peoples.
We retired filled with love and excitedly expectant for our early morning flight to Cappadocia.

St. Sophia, Istanbul, Turkey
St. Sophia - continued
Our guide told us that we only had ten more minutes to explore. I had been following a very strong draw- leading me through the space. I passed several of our group- some doing their own soul rescue work. As I continued to move, I found myself drawn directly in front of a door that lead to a side room. It had been the Library.
Through the door and the windows on either side, you could see the beautiful blue tiled walls, and the energy that was so thick. It felt like there were beings on the other side of that door wanting to download information into people. It was so strong.
So I sat down on the steps and connected with these beings, and just felt the energy start to pour in to my field. I told them that I didn’t understand what they were giving me. It felt like some kind of information that I could not comprehend. And I felt that it maybe way too much for me.
So I started to gather some of our group just to come in and feel the energy, just to see what they could feel. And everybody felt like they were being filled with information. So I sat back down again and I centered in and they took me into a place of astrology and astronomy and they said, you can handle this information. (true) So I just let it come into my body and it was just so peaceful and so wonderful. And so expanding.
It felt like that, at one time, the people had had to move too quickly to get the information out. To clear the wealth of knowledge before it was destroyed. And these Spirit beings on the other side were holding that information. It had been taken or removed too quickly.. before it could be given to the right people. These beings were looking for someone who they could give the information to, so that their jobs would be complete.
So, needless to say, it was quite a download for each and every one of us that sat there that day.
Before we left the St. Sophia, we saw the beautiful pictures of Jesus and Mary and John the Baptist. These were made with tiny tiles on the wall. It was an amazing and beautiful sight.
This was the picture that is currently being used on the cover of our Aquarian Gospel. You could just feel the love for Jesus Christ in this work of art. And you could feel the love of everyone who had stood before this piece of art and connected with him. It was very overwhelming on a deeply personal level. Thousands of people, over almost a thousand years had looked at those eyes and loved him.
It was a beautiful place- mixed energies of various times still linger in the structure, but it all seems to harmonize in a love of Creator- no matter what faith was being practiced.

Our Turkey Trip 2011
We were so excited as our family gathered on Wednesday morning September 14, 2011.
We were 22 people, one heart...All beginning the trip of a lifetime.
In the days ahead, we would have eight flights and many bus hours.
But the energy of the journey would be unforgettable.
It all began when we were guided by Spirit to take our church family to Turkey. As you have heard many times, we had great Angelic forces coming together to make it happen.
From the planning stages to the trip itself, Turkey was waiting for us. It was time for us to share our love.
Day one was filled with great expectations that would be met in every way.
We left the Church at 11:20 am- We would travel for the next 24 hours. Everyone was happy and in great spirits. It was a relatively easy trip.
Day 2:
We arrived in Istanbul- a long ride to our hotel. We had met Rabia, our guide, she was kind and informative….very informative. The Hotel was beautiful and centraly located. A nice surprise after such a long trip.
Day 3:
This morning we went to the Blue Mosque.
The blue mosque was extremely crowded, we could not really stay together. Apparently the mosque was closing early that day. But we made our way to the roped off area- they kept the tourist from the space where the men prayed.
You could feel the energy of the space shift- right inside the prayer area. It became heavy and protective. There was a collective of male souls who were holding the light for every man who came to pray. They comforted them and encouraged them. These beings really believed the ideals they followed. Their job was to hold the energy for all who came. I could imagine how comforting it must have been for a man to go and pray and be met by this collective. I asked them if they wanted to go to the light, and they said that they were exactly where they needed to be. They will do their job- it is an honor to them- they were very committed. And very spiritual- they were one with the God of their hearts. I know that every man who walks in there feels the great comforting of this group of people.
Then we went to St. Sophia
Here there was so much energy. It had been a Christian church- then the Christian art had been painted over when it had become a mosque. Then the government said that it should be neither- but rather a museum.
There was a lot of scattered energy in the building itself.
When we went upstairs to the area where the women were allowed to witness the services, I found a small group of female slaves hiding in a corner. They were, of course, spirits. They had come to this place after their deaths because it was the only place where they had felt safe. They would accompany their mistresses here, but they would gather at the edges. Here no man could reach them or hurt them.
I left them there, simply acknowledging their presence. As Esra and I walked down the stairs to leave, she asked me something and I began to tell her about these women. She asked why they would stay here, and as I began to explain, the spirits started to listen. They knew I was talking about them. It was almost as if Esra was asking the questions they had wanted to, but could not. As I explained to her that they did not have the same beliefs that their owners had had, and that they could go to the God of their own hearts- this was a new idea to them. Then Esra and I said a prayer for them to go to the light- the spirits were very happy…and they left.

Rome, Italy Sept 2010
Iwanted to share some of my experiences of my travels.
The following is one of my journalings from my Italy trip last year.
Wednesday Sept 22, 2010
During my stay in Rome, I was very aware of the lack of disembodied spirits.
Normally in older places like these which have seen many civilizations come and go, there are a lot of disembodied spirits occupying the space.
When we arrived in Rome, the only ones who had made themselves known to me were three older women- one a grandmother, and two other women who lived in the B & B where we were staying.
These entities held themselves very high, like they were watching but not interfering.
But on about the second day there, they facilitated a healing on my knee which was amazing.
I was awakened in the early morning hours with an intense pain in my thigh muscle. I was told immediately that the ladies were helping me heal. The pain lasted only a few more moments and then it was gone. I am not sure the connection between my thigh and knee, however, my knee problems I had been experiencing ( that were affecting my ability to walk long distances) was totally gone.
We had a marvelous time.
But as the days past, I was aware that I did not see or feel entities as we explored the old structures.
Only two sites, churches, did I meet people that were from the ancient world who were still “on duty” guarding the beliefs of early Christianity.
The last evening I was there, I had a moment by myself and felt the deep touch of Spirit.
This is what I experienced at that time.
A voice said the “Entities had been held back.”
Then One came into my heart. He was a beggar. Low energy.
I explained to him that in another life, he had been very rich and had not honored the poor. He was experiencing what he had judged. I explained that he could choose again and have another life, neither rich nor poor- more just wise. Then he left.
Then another came and said “ONLY ONE LIFE!!”
I showed him my many lives and his lives.
Then he asked a question about it….like “how could this be so?”
I told him to ask St. Paul. Then Paul stepped up and showed him his own lives.
The man was shocked that Paul had other lives.
Then everyone crowded around Paul.
He said to me “I will teach them from here.” It was a new mission. He was glad for the mission.
He could not intercede until they asked.
A New Mission.
I was told that the other people=Romans had a greater expectancy for the afterlife. They embraced it, therefore, they crossed easily

New Day
We have just returned from an awesome Spiritual Journey to Scotland.
As we readjust back into our own personal world, it is interesting to see the internal changes seeking to create a new exterior.
As one thought shifts, the world around us shifts.
This past weekend, many were pondering the idea of the "end of the world".
When our thoughts do not grow and evolve, our world can truly feel that it is approaching it's end. We have stopped growing, and in all probability, the level of consciousness we currently live in has already provided all of the lessons it can. So, we either grow....or our world slows.
New world. New consciousness. New Beingness.
Change a thought and let the internal process begin.

Time for Renewal
The unworthy self– we know that it exists within most of us– living at some level of unhealed energy. But what is it really? Is it a belief that we have done something that is so unacceptable that we are no longer worthy...and worthy of what?
Are we not worthy of the world’s love?
Are we not worthy of God’s Love?
Are we not worthy of human love?
The feelings are of being so “broken” or “damaged” that we have decided somewhere along the road that we will never measure up in the world. We decided then that we can only do the best we can. It will never be enough, but we will try.
Then, we grow as much good as we can. We plant beautiful gardens right next to trash heaps. We have beautiful rooms in our homes, yet our closets are a mass of the clutter of our unresolved past. We are trying to create something worthy, yet the unworthy still remains.
This unworthy self within each of us is the one who maintains addictions, stops forward motion, and most importantly hinders our ability to give and receive love. If anyone looked very closely at the fabric of our lives, they would eventually see the dust ladened bins of trash that can never be thrown away. And then, they would, of course, not be able to love us anymore. So, we rarely even try.
The unworthy self is born when our childlike innocence is somehow broken. Something occurs within our life when we are told that we are not enough-we are unacceptable and we believe it. This sets up experience after experience that proves we are truly unworthy and must earn the love of others. This very idea of earning love keeps love away.
Next time you look at that area of your life where you have crammed the unworthiness that you do not want the world to see...next time...face it and love it. It is the innocent child within you that was given an idea which became it’s experience. Teach it something different. Tell that innocent self that it no longer needs to hide. It is a beautiful aspect of your life that you need in order to fully become.
Unworthy Self– becomes Worthy Self
I am now able, capable, and innocent.
It’s ok for me not to know all the answers.
I am loved by God. I am loved by self.
I am ready to be loved by the world.
